RedRock Consultants, LLC was founded in Spring, 2000 by two former directors at Visa International. Since then, the RedRock Consultants team has grown, assisting clients (banks, merchants, card associations, technology vendors) with their various levels of product management needs - from simple market research and business requirements development, to product and IT development, to employee training, marketing communications and business development / direct mail campaigns.

Red Gillen has considerable experience in international marketing and payment solution development. Before founding RedRock Consultants, Mr. Gillen worked as VP, Business Development at RateStream.com, a provider of foreign currency exchange rate web software. While at Visa International, Mr. Gillen was a Director in the Commercial Card Products Group, where he oversaw development and marketing of payment products for the B2B market. Mr. Gillen's international marketing skills are also drawn from his work experience at Coca-Cola and Panasonic - he has conducted business in the US, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, the UK, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, South Africa, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Chile and Australia.

Phong Rock has significant marketing experience in international marketing and the financial services industry. Before founding RedRock Consultants, Mr. Rock was a Director in Visa International's Commercial Card Products Group, where he led Visa's Corporate Card marketing strategies. He also directed initiatives to integrate the Visa Corporate Card with eBusiness technology and enterprise management applications. Before Visa International, Mr. Rock was a Vice President at Washington Mutual Bank, where he managed corporate deposit products and cash management services. Mr. Rock's banking experience also includes 8 years with Wells Fargo Bank, where he managed marketing and sales programs for the retail and small business markets. Mr. Rock's international experience has lead him to work in markets such as the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the UK, France, and the Netherlands.
